Bake Quote is operated by Alder Finch Inc. These terms describe the pricing worksheet and account workspace.

Calculation tool

Bake Quote calculates a cost-based starting quote from information you provide. You are responsible for checking inputs, customer commitments, applicable taxes, delivery and payment fees, and whether a price suits your market. The tool does not offer accounting, tax, legal, or food-safety advice.

Account use

Use an email address you control. Keep access to your email account secure. Do not store sensitive customer information in ingredient or recipe names. You may not misuse the service or interfere with other users.

Saved data and customer quotes

You can download a backup of your workspace. Keep your own copy of business-critical data and review a quote before sending it to a customer. Saved quote snapshots record worksheet inputs and results; they do not prove a customer accepted an offer or change an existing agreement.

Beta and payments

During the free beta, no subscription payment is collected.
