Help us reproduce a calculation issue
Tell us which calculator or saved recipe you used, the package and recipe units involved, what result you expected, and what appeared instead. Include the approximate time and browser if the page failed to load or save. You can omit private customer names and prices that are not needed to explain the issue.
Account, data, or billing requests
Use the same email address you use to sign in so we can locate your account. For a data request, say whether you need access, correction, or deletion. If paid checkout later opens and you have a billing problem, include a provider receipt or subscription reference, never your card number.
